I've replaced the DC Motor Board - no Change. If I test the motor by grounding the two Transistors on the driver board (q30 and q34) for left and right it works fine and moves quickly in both directions so it's not the motor.
Any thoughts or has anyone run into this before? Logic problem farther up? on the driver. I've also changed out ribbon cables and no change.
I had the same problem and replacing the POA opto board fixed it. It looks like the previous owner had replaced the optos once already so I just bought a new board. Here are photos of my old one.
