I typically book the fees paid every day. I can tell you right now every payment we've received has been entered into our ledger.
We have been running into issues where the IFPA Tournament Manager email account doesn't match the email account that was paid through Stripe.
For example, if I register my IFPA Tournament Manager under "email@example.com", and then pay through Stripe referencing "PinwizJ@gmail.com" . . . my tournament manager account would show ZERO CREDITS because it was added to a different email address.
Shoot me a PM including the name of the event you submitted and the email address you used for your IFPA Tournament Manager account and your Stripe payment. It's a simple transfer for us to move the funds to the correct account so we can Approve the results on our end.
