Josh - With having the SCS in February, weather could be a factor. Who decides if a tourney is postponed/cancelled, how much advance notice, etc?

Wow, that is incredible. In Wisconsin, we started at 11AM and were wrapped up by about 4:30 PM. I think everyone had a good time playing Tom's great collection.
