Let's get a hashtag going for this thing on Twitter. It's the IFPA State Championship Series so let's go with #ifpascs
Can't tell if I'm nervous about playing or running the tournament. Either way it's a nice nervous feeling. Good luck on the day and the ball.
http://www.twitch.tv/nhpinballstreams/profile New Hampshire will be streaming their tournament at noon EST.
If you use Multi twitch, you can watch them all!
http://multitwitch.tv/dead_flip/nhpinballstreams
Just keep adding names of the streams to that list to watch all pinball streams.
GL Everyone!

Roger that.
Lost in the first round 4-3 to a good friend. All good. didn't really want to go to Vegas and lose anyway
I made it the 2hr ride home before first round even got done, so that tells you how bad I did, LOL.
Good times as always. At least I have good company with you as a first round loser Ken (12th in WI still feels alright to me).
Ken, do you have the link to the backalope thing Tom is using so I can tune in throughout the day?
edit > nevermind, found it

IFPA Louisiana State Championship Tournament just completed.
2 seed Scott H defeated 5 seed Eric S in the finals.
So Scott is our state champ this year.
Eric was our state champ last year.
Scott says he plans to go to the natl tournament.
Eric went to the natl tournament last year to represent Louisiana.
Side tournament here is still going on. Not quite finished yet.
A fun day playing pinball, and a good day all around.
Half of the top 16 in Missouri played in the unofficial Alaska State Tournament at The Silver Ballroom instead. Why was Alaska held in Missouri? Well, if you can hold Missouri's tournament in Illinois, we figured anything was possible.
JR Miller took 1st after a hard-fought final round against Jeff Douglas.
No one was shot or robbed during the entire event.
Did way better than I expected vs. Josh Sharpe in round one, thanks to strategic game selection and plenty of lucky bounces.
Josh chose TOM, crushed me.
I chose Dragonfist, eked out a win thanks to an extra ball I was allowed to play.
Josh chose Stern Star Trek, destroyed me.
I chose Algar, played my best game of it ever for the win.
Josh chose Scared Stiff, crushed me on the livestream.
I chose Black Hole, managed to have fewer house balls, held on for the win.
Josh chose POTC. He had less than a million going into ball three, then played a great multiball stack to hang 94 million on it. That's why he's 17th in the world.
Josh won, but I'm glad I made it interesting. I was just hoping not to get swept. Chose my games carefully and won all three. Success?
Oh, and thanks to Jay for hosting. Awesome games, good pizza, drinks, cookies, viking party hat, etc.
Quoted from pinballer0415:Who won the IL state?
Probably still going. It was down to Dave Hegge, Josh Henderson, Zach Sharpe, and Jason Werdrick when I left.

Back to back 1-2 for you and Tim. Awesome!
Paul Madison won again in MN. Back to back Championships for him and well deserved. He is on another level. He can be beat once or twice, but he is going to have to have a really off day (or someone is going to have to have a really on day) for him to lose a best of 7 series.
In Texas
1st Preston Moncla
2nd Garret Hays
3rd Sven Johnson and Robert Byers
I'm sure more official results will be posted soon
