I’ve only had a problem once with damage to a pin it was from oversees. Fortunately I’ve never have had an issue on receiving on time.
In the future you should by insurance to guarantee the date it’s suppose to be delivered.
I use Sonya with InXpress, she’s great to work with and always gets my pins to me on time and no damage, guaranteed.
I think the least they should do is credit you for a refund of at least 1/2 off.
Things happen, but the customer shouldn’t be penalized for poor service.
