IMO, if you ask which pins you should buy, you will get 100 different opinions but I am guessing you are asking a general question as to what types of stuff you should consider when building a gameroom.
Peripheral lighting is great for playing and overhead is great when working.
Neons are great but placement is critical to reduce glare. Put receptacles behind the neons so you don't have cords hanging everywhere.
Size matters to what to put in there. I always wanted a Chexx but they take up lots of room.
