    NOFX

Not my favorite band, but would be awesome as a pin..... Or Primus.

    #202 6 years ago
    Quoted from ZippyThePinhead:

Since I started this thread, I've heard a lot of Motley Crue songs being played on the radio. I wish I would of had them as one of the choices in the poll. "Kickstart My Heart" just screams killer pinball!

+1 Motley Crue would be a fun game

    #204 6 years ago

Actually, after reconsidering - we do need another Kiss pinball machine. Smoke pellets (like in kiddie choo choo trains) coming out of the sides of the game for Ace guitar solo mode me want.

    #205 6 years ago

Easy peasy! Pink Floyd hands down!
The best show band ever. So much could be done with the playfield.
Bore's head, prism, chandeler, flying bomber plane, Dark side of the moon,
    and on and on.

And that's not even mentioning the dozens of songs that kick ass!

    #206 6 years ago

You can't pick a band which is no longer around and have not been for years. If that is the case they might as well go back and make a pin from some of the great movies in the past since the ones that come out today suck. Iron Maiden is the far superior choice world wide just wait and see.

Lets not forget the moving Gel Slides. Those could easily be done and projected in the machine.

Some mini green lasers reflecting off of strategically placed mini mirrors on the playfield would look really awesome!

NOFX pin would be very cool indeed!

    #210 6 years ago

We are Motörhead, and we play Rock n Roll!

    #211 6 years ago

Glad to see the top two, but as to being the basis for a pin, I think Floyd would be a far better choice than LZ. Both bands were favorites.

A little bump...just trying to see if everyone who would be interested in voting...has!

    #213 6 years ago

no iron maiden in your poll makes it a fail.

    #214 6 years ago

SKRILLEX! enough ROCK pins already. Voted for VH just thinking about playing listening to HOT FOR TEACHER,PANAMA or JUMP gets my pulse going

    #215 6 years ago

+1 for Iron Maiden the artwork has the potential to be epic!

    #216 6 years ago
    Quoted from Jimmyd044:

A Ramones pin would make my life complete. RIP Joey, Johnny and Dee Dee.

    I did it dude

If ya can be arsed going thru all that Gary said Stern would not do one so i did it myself

better than the crap that was RS apparently

I'm really surprised Pearl Jam isn't getting more mentions here. They have their own XM and Serious radio station and constantly tour around . . . and are popular outside of the US as well . . . they seem like a no brainer band actually.

while true, they just don't stack up to iron maiden imo. maiden is a true globally recognized band.
pearl jam art versus iron maiden art, no contest either.

There have been quite a few Iron Maiden and Ramones write in votes, but the one I really think should of been in the poll is Motley Crue...Kickstart My Heart...Wild Side...Girls, Girls, Girls...Shout At The Devil...Dr. Feelgood...a pinball machine with those songs cranked up would make a killer pin!

    #220 6 years ago

    Slayer

    #221 6 years ago

There's only 2 you have listed that I might buy. The rest I wouldn't ever consider. Just like Rolling Stones.

That certainly can't be argued. I don't think anyone compares favorably with Iron Maiden's artwork. That said, they are really not much more than a cult band here in the U.S., though they certainly seem popular with the pinball crowd. Perhaps the international sells would drive Iron Maiden.

    #223 6 years ago

I didn't see pantera on your poll, but there are to many good bands that would make a great pin. I will just vote for ozzy. pink Floyd and lz would make a kick ass pin but they will never happen. Ozzy is more likely to happen.

    #224 6 years ago

Iron Maiden or Megadeth. The artwork and music would be off the charts!

Let me guess...Megadeth & Ozzy? Someone just mentioned Pantera...Cowboys From Hell, Walk, Cemetery Gates! I definitely would buy one and stick it next to my Metallica & AC/DC pins. Not sure why I left them off the poll...since they're from Dallas and I use to go see them play at "On The Rocks" all the time before they made it big. RIP Dimebag!!!

Yep,those are the 2 I was talking about. Slayer would be 1st on my list. R.I.P Jeff Hanneman,we'll miss you

Pink Floyd would suck because they are a Stereo band that has many sounds that go from right to left and to and fro . And with Pinball machines from Stern being in MONO it would suck . Why not go to Stereophonic sound already

The epitome of '80's rock - Spinal Tap

    #231 6 years ago

Metalocalypse (Dethklok). Brendon Small did some voice work on the Metallica pin. So, if there HAS to be another band themed pin, Dethklok would be perfect.

    #232 6 years ago

    Rob Zombie,
nail two themes with one table.

    #233 6 years ago

    Black crowes

    #234 6 years ago

Pink Floyd so I can play the "Wall LE" version...

    #235 6 years ago

    Meatmen!

    meatmen-war_of_the_superbikes.jpg

    #236 6 years ago

With Ozzy being relevant both yesterday and today I can see it being a win win.You would have great music to choose from and dark theme everyone seems to want.

    #237 6 years ago

Why can't I vote for Iron Maiden ?

    #239 6 years ago

Of those choices, probably LZ. However none of them say must buy like Iron Maiden would. I have always wanted a Grateful Dead pin. Take a roadshow and retheme it as a dead head touring the country following the Dead. Take the vw van from junk yard. Dancing bears and the like.

    Would be awesome.

    Queens not bad

    #240 6 years ago
    Quoted from bellbrand:

    My choice as well

    Queen would be awesome!

Would also love to see Pink Floyd. And The Beatles.

I don't expect any of those to happen though.

    #241 6 years ago

Boy George. You could have a " Carma Chameleon multiball

    #242 6 years ago

Since my first post, I've noticed some love for Queen. Trying to figure how to incorporate "Fat Bottomed Girls" - one of my favorite Queen songs - as a pf toy or target.

    #243 6 years ago

Actually, spinal tap would be quite funny!

But, I'd prefer a non music pin after star trek.

    #244 6 years ago

Floyd, Zepplin, Beatles in that order for me.

    #245 6 years ago
    Quoted from Jeremecium:

    Metalocalypse (Dethklok).

    +1

    Murderface multiball.

    GWAR Could be sick... literally...

Britny Fox, could just play Girlschool the whole time and that would rock!

    #247 6 years ago

I think whichever band they pick they should go with one that agrees to allow them to use hand-drawn cartoon or comic book art depictions of the band (similar to Metallica or GNR) versus having photo-realistic artwork (like ACDC and RS). The Beatles Rockband game did a great job of this and that style of art would work really well on a pin. Here's the opening trailer for Beatles Rockband which is great! Lots of cool animations and lots of color. The Beatles would be my top choice followed by Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd.

    #248 6 years ago

I reviewed those but they didnt suggest Hanson

Hanson is an American pop-rock band from Tulsa, Oklahoma formed by brothers Isaac, Taylor, and Zac Hanson

MMMMMboppp DOOBIE dooo bop ..wahhhhh MMM Bop

Best "Hanson" band is the supergroup Tinted Windows:

    Taylor Hanson - Hanson
Bun E. Carlos - Cheap Trick (Fnck yes!)
    James Iha - Smashing Pumpkins,
Adam Schlesinger - Fountains of Wayne
