Quoted from iceman44:Because the "ratings" for the older pins were made when the newer pins weren't born yet?
Start over today and consider all the pins out there and what happens? I think MM, TZ, MB and AFM take a dip. Isn't "lighting" one of the grades?
March pin madness 2014 thread will show just what the people want old or new.
What I find most interesting about this thread is that the OP asked for your top 3 games, and look at the diversity! How many posters have picked the exact same top 3? That just speaks volumes to just how many awesome games there are out there for us and just how hard it is to choose. Gotta Love that!
Quoted from lmsybiatb:If Stern had any significant innovations over the past 14 years then no, old Williams games wouldn't be better. But the fact of the matter is that most people rank Williams games from the 90's over today's games.
Some innovations are easily missed the sam board for easy code updates is one.
Own:
1. Centaur
2. Fathom
3. Lightning
Would like to own:
1. Star Gazer
2. Medusa
3. Eight Ball Deluxe
Quoted from wtatumjr:I'd love to own a WOZ, especially since it's paid for.
This was too funny. Hang in there, buddy! It'll be worth the wait!
