I was thinking today at work what some of the fellow Pinsiders would choose if they were given the chance to pick the theme for a pin.

I think it'd be kind of cool to share the ideas (no matter how silly, or unrealistic) of a theme for a pin.

Maybe something's been done before, but you'd like to tweak it out... What would you do?

I don't know if this has been done before, but I thought about how funny it could be to have a stand-up comedian theme. It wouldn't have to be real stand-up comedians, but an original theme that touched on stand-up comedy.

What are your ideas?

A prison escape theme. If you don't escape you get the electric chair and the machine gives you a shock. I'd play the hell out of that.

that reminds me of how bad i want the "electric chair guy" machine at marvin's... i must have watched that 100 times in the TOP video...

on topic... if it were up to me, they wouldn't spend money on licensing themes and either produce cheaper or higher quality machines...

-Monty Python and the Holy Grail (all done up with the cartoonish artwork from the movie)
-Pee Wee's Playhouse
-Some sort of Disneyworld Park theme (either just the Magic Kingdom or have all the parks)...could be Disneyland too
-Spaghetti Western game...based on Clint's Man With No Name Trilogy
-The Brady Bunch.....what a great theme that would be
-The Price is Right....hey if they can do Wheel of Fortune, why not TPIR
-The Amazing Race (have different continents and countries)
-Hell's Kitchen.....make it look like a restaurant with kitchen appliances and have Ramsey scream at you all the time

An adult zombie theme. Evil Dead most likely. Predator or Aliens would have been up there for me too. Good to see Predator being done. Pretty much any of the good classic horror films with an adult theme would be nice. I also think Jaws could be awesome with a rad shark toy and a boat toy. Boat could be like MM castle when you can lock balls into it trying to swim to safety, shark would obviously eat your balls like the t-rex on jp, could be fun.

Actually I would like a Styx/REO Speedwagon pin.
At the beginning of the game left flipper selects Styx songs and right flipper selects REO songs.

Or even a Van Halen machine where the left flipper selects David Lee ROth and the right flipper selects Sammy Hagar !!!
