If I worked at Stern. I would volunteer to throw a few hundred games on new titles to check for damage before they are shipped. How did Rush pro make it out the door?

because they don't care, it was paid for already.
If I worked at Stern, everyone would notice my Southern accent and ask "Where are YOU from"...
Already had that happen in the past, so I am used to it.
This is highly unlikely, because it is way too cold for me to live in Chicago.

1. Organize a focus/ advisory group from your best customers and from the pool of all distributors.
2. Extensively Play test new machines to id and fix mechanical/ playfield issues ( ie:Deadpool ramp dig into playfield).
