To me, HUO means a game that was purchased factory NIB, was only the property of the original owner, and has only ever been played in that owner's personal residence(s.) If it ever left the original owner's personal residence du jour and was played in any public setting by people personally unknown to the original owner, it is no longer home use only to me.
