What 3 games would you choose to own based on PLAYABILITY alone.
    NO HYPE
    NO CRAZY PRICES
    Just pure FUN!

For me I think it would be

    Tron (fast and furious game)
    TZ (kitchen sink game)
AFM I've always loved this game from the first time I played it, and I have yet to beat it...

MM - Best game ever made
    ToM - Beautiful
    Tron - Need for speed

    ACDC LE
    Spider Man
    IJ Williams

i'd own the same games I do now.

    Yep.

    #8 11 years ago

    white water
    LOTR
    TAF

All those games seem like great fun for me to play RIGHT NOW. A list for playability is a fickle list, so I would have to change it for when I have a craving for AC/DC or AFM.

Having only played my real JP, mom's TAF, and virtual games on Pinball Arcade (since for the last 15 years there have been no arcades/options thanks to the pin desert I live in...) I would keep JP and add MB and NNG. (Still awaiting my Predator though.)

Husband will have to speak for himself, but I bet he goes with LOTR for at least one slot.

In one month we'll be in Orlando trying out every pin we can find, so I'm sure these may change.

    MM, TAF, and probably LOTR.

A trifecta of playability and lastability as a 3 piece collection.

    #11 11 years ago

    Bbh hmm wpt

    #13 11 years ago

    Whitewater
    Tron

    #14 11 years ago

    MM
AC/DC BIBLE (assuming it had a clear window)
    TZ or STTNG

    #15 11 years ago

Mine wouldn't really be any different than it is now.

    #16 11 years ago

    CFTBL
    NGG
    TSPP

    charm/art
    fun/flow/fast
    humor/depth

    #17 11 years ago

    MM
    LOTR
The 3rd one is the hard one IJ, TSPP, or TZ

    #18 11 years ago

    AC/DC Premium
    AFM
    IM

    #19 11 years ago

How the hell can you pick just 3?
The 3 I would love to ADD would be...
    MM
    AFM
    Dr Who

    #21 11 years ago

    ACDC
    AFM
    Shadow or Tron

    #22 11 years ago

    MM
    Whitewater
theater of magic (tied with TZ, but everyone owns that)

    #23 11 years ago

    MM
    Tron
    IM

    #24 11 years ago

    bible, spider-man, tspp

    #25 11 years ago

TZ-- Pat lawlor classic, my favorite theme and art package
AC/DC BIBLE-- Fast flow, Steve Richie design
MB-- Fan layout, great theme, easily accesible for guests and kids that come over

    #26 11 years ago

    MM, CC and Whitewater.
Btw they all cost 50 cents to play on location

    #27 11 years ago

I am in the unfortunate situation of not having played 95% of the games out there.

If I was able to pick just on guess, it would be MM, MB and IJ (williams).

    #28 11 years ago
    #29 11 years ago

    TZ
    MB
    LOTR

Choosing between AFM and MB is really tough for me. MB wins because I prefer the colors

    #30 11 years ago

As of today and not necessarily in order:

    ST:TNG or IJ (williams)
    CFTBL
    TAF

I've never played a MB but if it is half as cool as I think it is it would likely bump one of the ones on the list.

    #33 11 years ago

    Medusa
    Twilight Zone
    Bad Cats

    #34 11 years ago

    Monster Bash
    Cirqus Voltaire
    Spooky

    #35 11 years ago

Man. Tough one. SO many good memories on so many different machines. Right now, gun to my head:

    Medieval Madness
    Banzai Run
    Demolition Man

    Caveats:
I live in a fairly remote place with no machines newer than a piece of shit beat down Adams Family. I've played no new Sterns (I've actually never even seen one in person).

I haven't played Banzai Run for 25 years, but it was one of two (along with Black Knight 2000) that taught me to play, and the first I sort of "beat". I have no idea how it would stack up today.

It's entirely possible that Predator will replace either of them besides Medieval Madness.

    #36 11 years ago

Monster Bash and Medieval Madness, for sure. That 3rd slot would be a bit tougher. Probably Tron.

    #37 11 years ago

mm....when i played it at Silver Ball Museum..i totally understand why its appreciated by so many.
LOTR...cause you just cant get enough and apparently never will get to the end
(sp, afm, tf, IJ, )...too bad for just picking a third....matter of fact...you aint being true to yourself just picking three..not if your a pin addict

    #41 11 years ago

    Cactus canyon. (Love the theme.)
    MM (Love the theme.)
    Monster Bash (ditto)

If they all cost the same, I would find a way to Mod the game to make my games worth more! I would pretty much have the same collection I do now. I would however trade more often.
