    Hey Guys and Gals,
I came across this random part in a box of other parts. I have never seen this before. Does anyone know what it is? I have no prize for the winner.

Looks like the head locking tool for some pins. Look at the bottom back of the head for a mechanism with a hole.

yeah, i was gonna say, it looks more like a tool than a part.

The reason I think it is a part is because it has a solid plunger cylinder on the bottom... Weird huh?
