Can you make it better? Sure. Can you make it sound great? Ehhhhhh... not really. Tommy runs on the BSMT2K sound board, which is what I call the "AM radio" class of sound boards. It's OK, it's good enough to carry a tune, but not high fidelity sound in any sense of the word.
(And I don't particularly *like* Tommy's soundtrack. Again, it's OK, just not amazing IMHO.)
