Have everyone put in $5 on a game of their choice and highest score (at the end of the night, granted the games are in even numbers) takes the pot.

Make game specific goals mixed with drinking - ex: if anyone cracks into the top 4, everyone drinkd, everytime someone gets 3-ball on Funhouse everyone drinks, lock Pin-bot's eyes, drink. Makes people start paying attention to other people playing.

Also, disable/hide arcade/MAME machine if you have one, otherwise they will just spend the night playing Track & Field and TMNT (nothing wrong with that either).
