You should have better ordered in your own country US - also could save some money and shipping costs

If we want tracking in Australia we have to pay for DHL or fedex. The post service is for birthday cards and such things that its ok of they might take a week to arrive.
In general postal service in Australia is pretty bad. Even your fancy usps tracking doesnt work here for inbound items.
Nethertheless their answer "If you wanted tracking, you should have paid for it" was very rude ...
