I've been fighting with a 6 pin connector on my LOTR that goes from the PD board to the CPU board. I had one that was bad and tried to replace it a while back, and had hell to get the wires pushed through the V shaped pass through. I even purchased one of those push tools and that seemed to be more of a pain then help. Anyway, I eventually got it working by just pushing the wires down with a screwdriver, but now after installing a color DMD, I must have bumped them around enough and now I'm back to no power on the playfield again. This time I cannot get the wires through enough to get it powered back up, and the wires are starting to get pretty chewed up from trying. How do you guys get those wires into that connector? What's the trick, because I have to be doing something terribly wrong.

Thanks!

Please tell me what those are? Or better yet, shoot me a link to where I can get them.

OK now were talking. Which should I get for LOTR? Part number 08-50-0134 or part number 08-52-0125? They both are 22 wire size, but look a little different. I would like to get the order right the first time. Thanks!

Also, can these connectors pass through a wire? This particular connector needs to feed two wires though to another connector.

Thanks TimeWarp. I will roll with your suggestion.
