That link you shared should be good (63v 1000uf)
The main concern is the 1000uf rating.
The voltage rating only matters as far as how LOW you should go. It is always safe to go higher. 63v in this situation should be good as it is above the 50v low limit recommended.
Note, the positive terminal is the longer leg. As you can see, the shorter leg has the negative/minus sign pointing to it. Very important to solder it in correctly.
