Question for Taito ICB owners-
I just replaced a motor/and gear assembly (on the right side), and also installed a free-play ROM. Everything works great, but now the ball seems to hit the glass often. It happens every time the ball gets first put on the rail (comes out of the hole, "tinks" off the glass, then settles on the rail). Perhaps it was doing it before, but I think I would have noticed.

Does this happen on your machines?

Control panel locked, glass properly in place. Do you have any glass hits? Every time the ball is served it clinks-

I believe this has something to do with calibration of the motors going down-

During serving now, the bar does the following:
1) right side comes down very low- causes ball to hit glass
2) right side comes down not low enough- Ball makes it out of hole, but doesn't move down to right of bar. So when bar moves up, it gets shoved back into serve hole. THis causes me to have to go back down to get the ball out of the serve hole.

Hi all- I have a fully restored ICB, and one thing is annoying me:
There is an occasional slight squeal in the right motor, although it works fine. I also have 2 replacement motors- one seems fine, but the other has a squeal as well. Has anyone opened up the actual motor case to try to lubricate?

Also, what is the verdict on the current Marco motors? Are they equivalent?
