Just participated in a 2 day course run by a tech/operator over here in Australia and this would be the best option for most as it is self help course. Well worth it. Maybe you could enquire if there are any courses where you are situated? Ak your distributor.
Thanks Norbert form ticketflex. Google it if you have to. He is a good instructor and has some very good stories too!
