According to the operator it's been doing reasonably well, though the upfront cost means it needs to do that for longer.
There was a TS4 at 1up Lodo as recently as a couple weeks ago. I played 20+ games across a couple visits in September and October. Maybe it’s recently moved to Greenwood.
Added: As I’ve already stated previously in one of these TS4 threads… I actually enjoyed the game, it will get coin drop from me, but I would be unlikely to own.
