Vinwiki did a series of these for various budgets - $15K, $25K, $35K, etc. You might have to up your budget a bit from these slightly-dated numbers bit due to carflation:
Quoted from boscokid:I have been looking on and off for a low mileage SC430. Definitely a touring car and not a true sports car but I do like the idea of hard top convertible that I can actually do the work on
I guess there are a few people out there who want to own the worst car in the history of the world. Are you aware you'll have to periodically look at it?
Have you considered the Miata, BMW M4, or other hardtop convertibles?
Quoted from RandomGuyOffCL:C8 absolute trash can seats...lower back on absolute fire after 30-40 minutes.
That is disappointing to hear. Lower back support is about the most important thing in a seat, and a seat is a pretty important factor in a car. Have you tried all of the various C8 seat options?
Quoted from trilogybeer:Anyone have a ten year old (give or take a few years) Porsche Cayman that they would want to trade for some pins? If so view my collection let me know what you want maybe we could work something out? I have zero interest in an automatic, so please do not contact me if that’s what you have for trade.
Surely you know this already, but try to get 2009 or newer to avoid IMS issues if possible.
I'm in the same boat trying to help my dad find a 911, likely a 996, 997 or 991.1. I think he'd be open to either a manual or PDK (but not a Tiptronic) if anyone has a lead.
Quoted from JakePG:Oh man, me too. Just last weekend. I pretty much regret it. '19 mx-5
Feel like I need to sell my Forester now and buy a sporty everday car like a WRX or something
The designer of the Miata just died, likely in part due to your betrayal.
