Take it as a lesson learned...Unfortunately with the Pin/Arcade hobby, you run into many less than scrupulous sellers; you have to be super careful when making purchases and sales.
Did you pay via PayPal? Buyer protection might be able to help you, or even letting the seller know that you will escalate to item received, but not as described, might get you at least a response from the seller...Good luck.
