I started that TMNT eBay scam and wanted to apologize to everyone who read it. I am selling a TMNT on eBay and i'm sorry to everyone I did not mean to be a jerk i'm just excited to get this pin out and my first NIB pin in. Again sorry to everyone.

you just messed up.

images.jpegimages.jpeg

edit- just messin, I dont really care

#3 11 years ago

I guess you'll have to fill me in...

#4 11 years ago

Get a rope.

Just kidding. Starting a separate thread to apologize was a good guy thing to do. Flame wars have been fought over smaller faux pas.

#5 11 years ago

Oh, you posted a link to your own auction and pretended like it wasn't yours? Odd considering people would probably be more likely to bid if they knew it was someone on this site...

#6 11 years ago

Remind me to never rob a bank with you.

#7 11 years ago

I'm very sorry and feel like a jerk I hope you guys will forgive me this was a stupid thing to do and I am very sorry

#8 11 years ago

The only difference between him and everybody else is that he's the only one
that ever felt guilt for doing it!

#9 11 years ago

It was a mistake and somewhat harmless. But it's probably a good way to learn. It's pretty easy to lose credibility quick when dealing on a forum where a lot of people don't know you.

Good luck with your ebay sale in any case.

#10 11 years ago

Thanks guys Im glad some of you are understanding I really am sorry and am an honest person im sincerely sorry to all.

If everybody was as honest as you, we wouldn't have to talk about
out of control pinball prices. Shall we start another thread relating to that?

#12 11 years ago

Apology accepted here. Let it go. I did.

#13 11 years ago

no harm, no foul, you owned up to your mistake, that is all that matters.

#14 11 years ago

about counter productive to me, would have thought people here would be more likely to bid on it knowing it's from a member here rather then a random ebayer who could be screwing them

The pinball police, they live inside of my head.
The pinball police, they come to me in my bed.
The pinball police, they're coming to arrest me, oh no.

Spinter is upset....this follows the ways of Shredder

Wouldn't this be a little more sincere if the OP hadn't posted which game was being sold on Ebay, instead of drawing more attention to the fact that he's trying to sell a game?

WOW! The OP is even more cunning than I thought. Diabolical. A phony apology for even more pin pimping, Brilliant!!! I will use this technique next time I decide to sell something.

#24 11 years ago

Not to pile on too much, but the timeline suggests that you only apologized for this pump-and-dump because you got caught. So that's where my problem is. It would be another ballgame if you decided to fess up on your own.

#25 11 years ago

I'm obviously missing something here.

#26 11 years ago

This falls under that oh so special category of WGAS.

He had another thread where he said check out this pin on Ebay, but it was his, and he didnt mention it.....Not that big a deal but slightly odd. Happy pinballin Sucka's!

#28 11 years ago

Having to own a TMNT is punishment enough.

#29 11 years ago

All I can say is I'm sorry

#30 11 years ago

Who cares, he's said sorry many times even sent PM's. It's really not a big deal... Just buy everyone a WOZ and all is forgiven.

#31 11 years ago

For what it's worth, I'd say don't worry about it.
Your future actions will build your reputation on here.
You could have done a lot worse IMO.
