Over Xmas I painted the cab ...used a brush and masking tape, Wax playfield, new bulbs and rubbers, took off 3" flippers, moved posts in just a hair. New Roto Target stickers. Painted legs and coin door a metallic finish (its what it came with and honestly looked good afterwards) Flipper gap on this is huge, (gave the game to a NOOB). He is new to pinball and honestly will only have this game.

I did put some LEDS in some spots, under bumper caps ...doubt he will be changing bulbs. New SPIN bumper caps had to be siliconed on.

My total investment $250.00

My helper is from Mexico, so I figured the 'Latin' theme would be enjoyable. He and his whole family plays it now and love it.

Very cool of ya! It's great to see a cool pin go to a good home!
Have some pics?

most games you restore you will lose money on. Especially games this old. It's the fun and experience from doing it, that will pay off in the future. Restore one game, it only gets easier.

My nephew helped me clean up and shop out my 72 Williams pinball. I've got this Big Ben that I don't think I'd ever keep, I think I paid $100 for it over a year ago. I think I'm going to have him shop it our for "me" and when he's done, give it to him. Either that, or I'll give him the Swinger.

Gracias senor.

Just added pics. Some duplicates, sorry. It felt GREAT to do that for him. He's such a hard worker and has helped me make plenty of dough. He has 7 brothers here and I picture the Corona flowing freely while they enjoy game after game!

Bob has been on my "Good Guy Alert" list ever since I met him. This is a cool thing to do, but it is no surprise at all to me that Bob did this. Awesome!

Yep, he's the guy that worked at your house, Pinnyhead

I thought that was very nice of you...

...until I realized you must have left it in coin-op mode and kept the only key to the coin door.

Ha! Yea, I go to his house to collect coins. Problem is it works on Pesos now!!

Nice gesture Bob! I'm sure the pleasure you got from passing this on is worth more than any cash you could of sold it for.
