exactly what the title says. It's my first time rebuilding a flipper and everything went pretty smoothly except for two things. The one that worries me is that it buzzes when i hold it. My guts telling me bc its getting too much electricity but i dunno where. the other thing i can live with is the flipper doesn't feel new. i've played with a newly rebuilt system 11 flipper and it's always really crisp. mine feels weak like it's worn out already despite me changing everything but the base out on it. I even changed the coil is that whats getting me?

anyway i made a short video showing exactly whats happening. if anyone has any advice it'd be much appreciated. I really miss this pin. it's playable but i'm scared of causing more damage to something.

Quoted from GRUMPY:

Is the coil loose? Is the coil stop at 90 degrees?

Coils not loose and the stop is at 90 degrees. I've got some time off tommorrow I'm going to go over everything again.

Quoted from pinmike:

You may have to adjust the EOS switch

That's what I'm gonna look at first. When I went over the rebuild the eos was the one thing I was a little iffy on. It is closed at rest and open at full but maybe not open enough.

Heres a picture of the plunger and the old one. They look the same to me on the coil. Arg I blew my last fuse

Does blowing a fuse mean I have it wired wrong? I know I wired it wrong the first time, because it blew a fuse right away and never worked. They worked for a while this time heh.

Plus I'll look into converting to extension springs.

i readjusted the eos today, hopefully my replacement fuses will show up tommorrow. hopefully that fixes it.
