I am in the process of doing a deep cleaning of mine, and part of it was taking out the 100,000 relay bank. Of course, while doing this, all 4 of the short-stack switches fell apart, and I have no way of knowing how exactly they are put together. I do know which blades go with each other, but am unsure if the blades of the parallel white line go above of below its counterpart, whether this pair of blades go above or below the other switch in the stack, and the exact layup up the fiber layers. All 4 of the switches fell part, so I have no reference as to what it is supposed to be. And the tube sections that shield the screws seem to be too long for what I think they should be (although that probably means an extra layer somewhere).
From the schematic, I know that this particular switch is default closed (whereas the other is default open), so my guess is that there is a single thin fiber layer between the blades (the default open switch has a thick fiber layer in between).
I tried looking at the Bally Parts Manual, but it seems that the EM Night Rider is left out of the earlier manual, but the next manual only covers SS. The manual for the title itself doesn't say anything. And the other titles that have this seem to only have a single switch here, like this for Old Chicago:

Yes, I should have taken a picture myself - this thread can be a reference for future folks who get into this position.
Much thanks in advance!
