Have patience, it can take a while to get it but it is worth the wait. I have ordered many a back glass from them.

I've heard of people using the artwork from the virtual tables and having them printed as a translite and pretty cheaply, may be a good option for the time being.

I can do a translite if I have a good scan to start from.
There shows to be one of these machines near me that perhaps the owner would let me scan or be able to scan for you. I've done that before for a client. Other times I'll ship my scanner to a client to scan their original and upload the scans for me to work from.
Prices range from 125 - 200, lmk if your interested.
Here are some recent examples.

do you print directly on the translite or to a decal to be applied?
That is a good question, I THINK it is printed onto opaque Mylar translite material. I say I think, as I have to subcontract the actual printing but I re-do the art, cut out the windows for the displays and apply a light mask layer (Oracal) onto the back of the translite to as closely mimic the original glass as possible.
I even offer to supply the trim pieces and lift channel if required, all my client needs to do is supply a piece of glass or plexi for it.
