I've got an issue with my new Luci. Plan on getting a hold of Stern's technical support during the work week, but I figure it won't hurt to ask in case someone else has already ran into the issue.
My A-X-E inserts won't light properly. During ball launch, the skill shot insert won't light. But I can use the flippers to select the lane and still collect the skill shot. During play, only the A and the X insert will light/flash, but neither respond with the associated rollover switches. Occasionally the E insert will light white during play, even though the other 2 are a different color. During attract mode, the A and X insert light the same colors as the other RGB inserts, but the E insert will only light white and red when the other inserts are also white or red. In test mode, they all respond appropriately. Even though they all test OK, I've checked wiring and connectors. The 5V wire going to the E insert LED looked like it had been burned a little by a soldering iron getting too close (just enough for one copper strand to show through and blacken a little of the insulation), and I removed that section of wire just to make sure. I've also updated the code from 1.65 to 1.68 thinking it might have been some sort of glitch, but I still have the same behavior.
I'm pretty perplexed by this, and insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

I disabled that on my machine. I want to earn that cannon fodder.
But I also think it's safe to assume you've hit the left ramp several times by the time you built up a jackpot that high.

Me too. Had to check mine... 1240 plays. And that's since the last code update.
