I will be at Trent Augenstein's Summer Pinball Thing on August 23 in Ostrander, Ohio. He will have 40 pinball games up and running, including 9 games that I've designed. Included will be a Blackwater 100 game that I designed based on the real race in Davis, WV. Google "blackwater 100 race" to see what a nasty, muddy race this was. Some of my friends who raced with me will be there too. Their names are on the backglass. I'll bring some Blackwater pinball flyers I can sign and my friends can sign them too. Oh yeah, there will be some other pinball designer there also...um, what's his name? Oh yeah...Steve Ritchie...maybe you've heard of him? C'mon out and join the party!!!

Dennis- I can't thank you enough for all of the fun and joy that your creation (White Water) has brought me over the last 26 years. While I haven't had the pleasure of owning it yet, it's always been a favorite to play on location. It came out when I was a sophomore in college and I still enjoy it just as much in middle age. There has never been another game quite like it.

Great times indeed. Sad I had to leave the strikes tourney early but that puppy was going the distance and I didn't have the time; I'll schedule accordingly next year.

Was there, got GC on Getaway and loop champion on IM. What an awesome event hosted by Trent! Just all around fun. Makes me feel like a kid again.

Great event, big thanks to Trent and Tilt Amusements for hosting, count me in for next year. I got to play a lot of games for the first time. Also, On Friday night, I somehow get dragged into a couple of games of BKSOR with Steve Ritchie and a couple of others guys. This would be totally awesome except I had only played this game once about an hour earlier. Of course I got spanked, it was humiliating but at least I got to show Steve my Firepower Hybrid project. He seemed to really like it.

I played a couple of games on your Firepower Hybrid, but I really don't the original game well enough to appreciate the changes. Thanks for bringing it out. It looked great.

That was my first chance to play a Blackwater 100. A lot of unusual shots for sure and little hidden surprises hidden in it. It was nice that you and your friends could make it out. Always a fun time at Trent's barn.

In 2019, the tourney went until 3am (For The Final 2. I think you can stay for ever how long you want, if you just want to come and hang out
