Another Lego fan here... they're everywhere.

Then there's a couple that are still waiting to be built...

And a belated Christmas present from my wife arrived today after getting held up in customs..

I also have a load that I've built but have had to take apart and put back in the box as I have nowhere to display them, including the Rollercoaster, Simpsons House, Haunted House, Pet Shop etc etc. If I didn't have a pinball room I'd have a Lego room!

Quoted from epthegeek:

We just watched the one season of the australian version of this that exists. They made some pretty amazing stuff.

There have also been two seasons of an English version shown in the UK. Worth checking out if you can find them.

Quoted from jorge5240:

I built the millennium Falcon by myself last year. I find it relaxing. I basically crunch numbers and deal with people’s crap for a living, so it is nice to do something with my hands and just relax.

I agree, and I often describe Lego as my version of therapy. At work, and in life in general, you are faced with a never ending stream of decisions to make - it’s nice to occasionally just sit down and follow instructions without having to think too much.
