I wasn't trying to be a dick, my point was that all of that really needs to be cleaned up if you want a long-term reliable board. I'm sure some of that is also why jumpers are needed. Fixing the solder joint would alleviate the need for the jumper.
For future reference always go over the board with a magnifier before soldering in the new components. Most damage occurs during de-soldering.
