This sounds like a bad plot for a movie with a questionable doll involved?

I pinged Gerry and let him know. It should be a fairly easy fix.

OP, just E-mail support and they will get you a download link to reinstall.

Ok. Thanks. I just linked the game to thread. However, I am not sure how much this forum could help being that only about 20 of this game appear to be owned by Pinsiders. I would think calling the company directly would get the fastest results.

Yeah, the P3 is pretty new, but most of the Multimorphic crew are Pinside members and are always willing to help out. As far as tech support goes they do not have phone support yet, it's all online and pretty quick to get resolved.

Just sent an email to Brian, but for everybody else...

We'll soon have our customer account web pages providing download links for all apps each customer can download for their P3. In the meantime, we're emailing links for new game installs (or re-installs in this case).

Also, we suggest all P3 customers sign onto the support page on our site (https://www.multimorphic.com/support) and watch all of the P3 Learning Series videos. The P3 is similar to traditional machines, but the multi-game and modular nature of the P3 necessitated some differences. The videos have proven to be super helpful for people learning how to use, operate, and maintain their machines.

Always feel free to email [email protected]. We answer questions all hours of days/nights/weekends.

Gerry got with me asap (before I even came back to read what was here in fact). And a few others sent me tips too. Thanks everyone! And thanks for the super fast response Gerry.

Now we just need a Lexy Topper and a Cannon Lagoon topper! We NEED a Lexy spaceship topper. Who can 3d-print around here?
