Negative impact on pricing? Perhaps. Negative impact on the hobby? I don't think so, to the contrary. Many wonderful old Pins would be lost without pin hoarders. If you have 90+ pins, then it cannot be all A-titles, so these guys are collecting rare / less frequent pins and I am thankful for that.
