Good on you. Pretty much in the same situation. Have to sell all my pins. We bought a house 6 months ago with the intent of building an in-law for my mom. She went into the hospital suddenly three weeks ago today and we started the renovation the following Monday. Long story short she'll be okay long-term but we need to get her here ASAP. The budget took a massive whack last week and the pins have to go. I know I'll get back in the game probably next year but for now I'm solely concentrating 100% on the family needs.
