Yup...2009 we lost 400k being overweight in stocks and RE...hit the reset button and sold all pins and cars...pissed off and insanely determined, I took my last 100k and went all in on stocks...started rolling off those profits back into RE like I didn't learn my lesson and today we're sitting at just over a milly...waiting patiently for it to collapse once again in this musical chair economy with a fistful of cash ready to swoop up everything when there's blood in the streets...
