Many, including my Roller Coaster, have a red button on the coin door. Can take pics tomorrow. Should be able to get parts from PBR. I do not think a power switch on the coin door is very common. But I could be wrong, people do a lot of weird things.

Quoted from jrpinball:

The "rivet" (plug) is used to plug the hole in the door where a start button would be on a replay game. Yes, it's usually right where the slam switch is on the inside of the door, so it can be made to shut off the game with a fine adjustment of the slam switch. Just a tap on the plug will momentarily open the switch, causing the hold relay to drop out; shutting off the game.

So it not true power switch, more puts the machine in like a sleep mode?

I would still go with adding the red button to replace the doorbell.
