My take:
TWD Premium

TNA
DI
B66
IMDN
Stern Star Trek Vault Premium
and pick up a classic Stern like meteor or something like it.
Neil.
I'd probably start with just a few pins because I know I'd be all over the place and couldn't focus on a batch of 10-12 new games at once.
Maybe arrange delivery of a new pin every week to get lots of gameplay on each one and then you also have something to look forward to every week for a few months. That could be fun.
So heres the man cave. Total finished sq ft is 3400, unfinished 650.
Ill b moving space invaders/mame cab for 2 pins. Getting rid of ping pong table, and i measured that 5 will fit by grindhouse poster, and 3 will fit by dirty harry. I also have the workout room we never use, that also may hold games... one day.

Where’s the woman’s cave?
Quoted from Dantesmark:And no, im not taking any photos of my bank accounts.
How about a quick pic of the Bigfoot you don’t own?
Quoted from Whysnow:(remakes are junk in comparison and if these are your faves then get the best)
Can you detail why the remakes are junk? I am not asking to be snarky ... I'm dead serious. I played an AFMr and thought it was great overall, but the flippers felt a little bit different. Other than that, it was AFM with a much better display and better stock lighting.

That Grindhouse poster is sweet! So is your mancave!!!! Congrats on the success ! AND GET A BLACK KNIGHT 2000!!!!
Quoted from Coz:Why limit yourself to 12 pins and only $100,000?? Why not buy the entire pinside top 100 list? Or at least pins 1-20.
I have 14 pins in my basement right now, not all of them top tier and i would put fair market around 80k.. I don't think 100 is off the mark for 12 A tier pins.

Nah. Too predictable. He should work down the list backwords! Raven, Hardbody, Bugs Bunny, etc.
Quoted from megadeth2600:That Grindhouse poster is sweet! So is your mancave!!!! Congrats on the success ! AND GET A BLACK KNIGHT 2000!!!!
Thx man! Unfortunately im gonna have to find a new locale for it once pins arrive.
BK... possibly but doubtful.
Quoted from EricHadley:I’ll sell you my collection of 12 immaculate pins for exactly 100k
But does it include an imamaculate Baywatch?

Awesome gameroom, nicely done! I’d take some of the money and build a nice bar down there, unless I missed it.
Quoted from Rarehero:Every game offers a finite experience. The amount of times you want to play them is subjective. If this guy has never owned these games, they’re new to him. The B/W games have price to themselves to be mostly perfect combinations of design, art, sound and rules that have stood the test of time. That’s why they’re still played, collected, and remade.
As for “fresh and different”...Most Sterns have similar designs as previous games, lack of interesting mechs and interactive toys or wacky ramps of the 90’s games. Some of the math-chess rulesets are different, but divisive. I’d rather play any B/W game for 10 years straight than ever touch SW, GOT or GB ever again. I’d rather play any B/W game than listen to the boballee bobo monologues of GOTG. I own 7 Sterns...but nothing made after Metallica could replace a B/W game. The OP’s got LOTR on the list. That’s a great Stern.
I agree. Call me a B/W snob, but those are my favorite era of pins. Stern has made some great pins over the years, but the B/W classics from the 90s will always be the best.
Quoted from EricHadley:I’ll sell you my collection of 12 immaculate pins for exactly 100k
For $100K they'd better be IMAMACULATE
Quoted from megadeth2600:Can you detail why the remakes are junk? I am not asking to be snarky ... I'm dead serious. I played an AFMr and thought it was great overall, but the flippers felt a little bit different. Other than that, it was AFM with a much better display and better stock lighting.
That’s it, the slight flipper difference. I have an MMr & enjoy it, and it plays well. But there’s just a slight unexplainable something about how it just feels ever so slightly different from B/W originals. A big batch of MMr’s actually came with the wrong flipper plunger...it was 1/8 in too long, and that LEGIT made it feel different. Once fixed it’s much better and more subtle. I have MB, and love how it plays...I’m intrigued by MBr as I love the bling CGC added to AFMr, but I’m worried about trading a play-feel I love for some superficial upgrades.
I would get (in no particular order or preference):
- Wizard of Oz
- Twilight Zone
- Tron
- AC/DC Premium
- Total Nuclear Annihilation
- Stars/Meteor/Star Gazer/Nine Ball (one of these)
- Fathom
- Skateball
- Royal Flush or Centigrade 37
- Attack From Mars
- FunHouse
- Spider-Man (Stern, original run)
That would give you a very wide range of styles and eras to play with.
Quoted from BudManPinFan:Awesome gameroom, nicely done! I’d take some of the money and build a nice bar down there, unless I missed it.
Ya i have a wet bar upstairs, but also in the basement i am gonna put 2 bourbon barrels on each side of the fireplace w a wood or cambria top. Also add some shelves above for the bottles.
Grindhouse banner is really cool! Lots of Tarantino posters, love it. That is one amazing ping pong table, with all the space you have it would be tough to give it up for me. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the pins listed you are going to have one heck of an instant line up, congrats.
Quoted from Electrocute:How much for the cat? I want to buy your cat!

$100,000
Lol
Quoted from IdahoRealtor:I'd love to see a pic of your significant other holding this list with a thumbs up. That would be amazing.

Wifey approved... and a lil extra in case i need it.
32CA07E7-7AE8-4023-9017-8A7B90BF3415 (resized).jpegI'd replace..
Cirqus Voltaire for Bram Stoker's Dracula
Total Nuclear Annihilation for the new Deadpool
Tales of the Arabian Nights for Star Trek: The Next Generation
Add a system 11 pin - Whirlwind, Black Night 2000, or Pinbot
If you have 100k for pinball budget & don’t know how to spend your $$ than you’re either a dumbass or an asshole or both.
The guy's just asking for opinions of pinball enthusiasts. As my Dad once told me, they don't put you in jail for asking.
Quoted from acedanger:If you have 100k for pinball budget & don’t know how to spend your $$ than you’re either a dumbass or an asshole or both.
Can't call someone a dumbass when you're using "than" instead of "then."
Those are the rules my man.
Quoted from Dantesmark:Probably both... but aren’t we all?
Yes and No. I mean No and Yes.
Let’s see some pictures of your other toys/hobbies. You have to have a nice boat, fast car, 4x4, etc.. if you’re at the point of spending 100k on pinball.

Alright i cant resist... here are just a few of my other toys.
