Ah I had a CL deal fall apart (my fault) on a TSPP yesterday. I asked for more photos (since there was ONE in the ad from 20 feet away). Seller got back to me right away (AM) and stated pics to follow in a bit. Whilst waiting for pics I guess someone else already negotiated the price down to $3200 and was going to pick it up that night. Seller has been really nice, I guess guy dropped off a check and is waiting for it to clear to sell.

Morale of story don't wait for more photos and deal on price beforehand I suppose... I didn't want any bad juju or spoil someones sweet deal so I didn't bother with trying to give him $100-$200 extra on price.

Hope it went to someone who wont flip it.

I agree but he's had it up there for awhile for 5k so I thought I'd have plenty of time. Like I stated, def was more my fault than anything else.

Man I'm in another discussion on CL for a TSPP and the guy sends me a screen shot of current TSPP ebay listings. Glad I have Pinside for great rebuttals.
