I am aware of amusement operators in my area that have these same types of flakey business practices. I refuse to deal with them. I am also aware that they have a significant substance abuse problem. I prefer to stay as far away from these people as possible. They are unpredictable and willing to take advantage of anyone they are dealing with and have in the past. These type people are potentially dangerous and sometime desperate, in my opinion. They could also be locked away any day and I don't want to be in the area when that happens.

I hate to admit it, but I tell my friends that the average person that you observe walking on the street is dumb as a brick and they usually agree.
