You know for a fact it would need to have the barracuda somewhere on there.

How about a Hellraiser pinball machine? Have the puzzle box as a bash toy and every time you lock a ball it does some cool changes like in the movie. Include the Cenobites, chain-looking-ramps, hooks, etc.
