Did the lady you purchase it from have the original sales receipt and remember it being delivered to her house NIB? Not that the sales receipt proves is HUO but it's a good start when making a case. These machines are old and sometimes owners got them so long ago that they think it was never anywhere else besides their house. Not trying to be negative but I own quite a few HUO WPC machines from the 1990's and it has taken me a very long time to track them down since they are so rare. So it's a bit of a pet peeve of mine when I see all these people throwing around the term HUO like it's nothing. There are aspects of this machine that even my "neglected" HUO machines I have gotten in the past didn't show and if this was truly HUO then they previous owners played the shit out of it.
