I had a similar problem with NAVL a couple years back. That's why I *always* get the insurance when shipping via NAVL. Get your estimates (I provided two) in hand and send 'em over to Michelle. You'll have to fill out a couple pages of paperwork. Provide as many before and after photos as you can. Submit it all to NAVL and wait for your check. I got my requested refund paid in full in about 10 days. I'm not sure if I didn't have the insurance that I would have received the full amount, but there's at least one point of reference for you. Like you (I'm assuming) I would have rather had the game in pristine condition vs. receiving a check to cover the damages, but NAVL did try and make it 'right' for me.
