I hope I am wrong, but don't expect a fast turn around nor fair compensation with NAVL.
I had a battle with them once as well when the bent the front legs of a machine and damaged the wood behind it.
Phone call after phone call and all they did was buy me new legs. I think I got like $100 from them.
The playfield never sat straight in the machine again and effected the play.
To the OP of this thread, they wont buy you a new cabinet, I hope I am wrong.
I for one hate NAVL.
Shipping with them is like playing Russian roulette.
