I've been actively searching for a nice EATPM for about a year and have seen the range from routed and in need of some love for 1600 to perfect restorations at 3500.
I'd say you are right on the money around 2200 - 2600 for a true HUO that needs shopped.
Congrats on finding such a great machine, be sure to post pics once it's in it's new home
