I really like the game. It is challenging and I don't think most people really gave it a chance or even played it at all, before bashing it.

NIB is going to be a total crapshot. If he really wants a Popeye just to fill out his widebody collection, there are going to be much cheaper Popeye's than a NIB one. Just find a used one for $1500.
