The domain was created July 2019, so it's not very old.
Looks like it's targeted for people trying to transport games between the USA and Canada.
The whole website looks a bit fishy to me. Personally, I wouldn't touch it.

Sometimes scammers go so far as to create an accompanying shipping company website where you can look up the tracking number they give you for the item (or pin) they are supposedly shipping to you. By the time the victim figures out the shipment isn't real, the scammer (and the money) are long gone.
