I know there's a lot of threads around talking about potential solutions for this. On my case, I've acquired a HSII recently and noticed the lower left flipper started to feel slight weaken after 2 weeks (I may played around 300 games from then).

Even starting up the machine after a few hours off doesn't seem to fix the issue (not sure if overheating might be involved on this). Do you've any clue if something might be misadjusted or start to failing to cause an issue like this after such short amount of time?

Thanks!

Probably time to rebuild the flippers.

Follow Vid's guide on how to best tackle this if you haven't done it before.

Even though you have only had it for 2 weeks, I'll bet whomever you got the machine from did not rebuild them. Likely culprit is either your sleeves or bushings. Springs could also be an issue. Always good to rebuild your flippers ever so often.
