Was used and restored by HSA in 2014. Been hanging on my wall for a long time.

Did they completly repaint the blue, white and red sections as most changed color where the mylar didn't cover them? It looks like they did a great job

I am not exactly how they work their magic, but it definitely looks great. I suspect if any touch up needed to happen in any color, they repainted the entire color.
