I just picked up a High Speed 2: The Getaway a few days ago and noticed I am missing a screw or post at the top of the left outlane. I have the manual for the machine, and there is a parts list of posts, but they conveniently don't have a diagram listing where on the playfield they go. I am getting what seems like a ton of drains through that left outlane, so I'm guessing there is supposed to be a rubber post there. You can see in the photos where the screw or post should go. If anyone can compare what they have on their machine to what I'm missing, I'd appreciate it!

It's supposed to be the same metal post and screw that's right below it. This game was made to drain down the left. Relight that kickback

Yup, you're definitely missing the post and screw (see pics). Looks just like the screw and post at the next spot, so you need to buy exactly the same.

Congrats on your Getaway. Great game! Check around inside your cabinet. Maybe the parts got knocked off and fell down. I think that is more likely than someone removing it on purpose.

Thanks everyone! I did scrounge around inside the cabinet and find the remains of the screw that belongs in that spot. It broke off just below the level of the playfield so I'll have to carefully drill out the remains and head to the hardware store and find a replacement. The remaining screw on my machine doesn't have the metal sleeve around the screw that GixerEd1 has in his pictures, and I didn't find one anywhere inside my cabinet, so it looks like I'll have to try to source a couple of those as well. Otherwise everything else on this machine looks intact and in great shape.
